Activités de recherche

Principalement, mes activités de recherche concernent la métallurgie physique des aciers à haute résistance et je consacre la majorité de mon temps de recherche d’une part à la caractérisation microstructurale multi-échelles des aciers martensitiques revenus et d’autre part à l’établissement de liens entre la structure et les propriétés mécaniques usuelles (résistance à la traction, ténacité, résistance à la fatigue). L’objectif majeur des travaux débutés depuis 15 ans est de définir de nouvelles nuances à propriétés améliorées pour des applications aéronautiques et outillage de mise en forme.
