Abstract — Aeronautical parts which operate in very warm area (300-400°C) are currently made of titanium or composite materials based on epoxy matrix. In which extent the weight of these pieces could be reduced as well as avoiding their degradation when operating at these working temperature ranges? TACT project suggest an innovative solution based on developing high performance composites parts made of cyanate esters matrix through RTM process. In order to achieve excellent mechanical properties of these composites, the thesis investigates the curing process optimization through cure kinetics modelling of the resin as well as the numerical simulation of RTM process.
